1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and x777 ph ("Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the x777 ph website and all services offered through it.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on x777 ph. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. x777 ph uses OTP (one-time password) verification and SSL encryption to support account security, but the safeguarding of your login details remains your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.

• Notify x777 ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access funds.
• Account balances and transaction history are tied to the registered account holder only.

x777 ph reserves the right to request additional identity documents at any time to verify your account. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

4 Deposits

All deposits on x777 ph are made in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Accepted deposit channels include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online/mobile banking transfers. x777 ph does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not expressly listed on the platform.

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to someone other than the registered x777 ph account holder — are not accepted and may result in the funds being returned and the account flagged for review.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• x777 ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once payment confirmation is received.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) to the payment channel you have registered with your x777 ph account. Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts in your own name — the same name as the registered x777 ph account holder.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Submit a valid government-issued ID through your account dashboard. x777 ph will process your first withdrawal request once verification is approved. Subsequent withdrawals may also be subject to verification if account activity triggers a review.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe indicated on the withdrawal page, subject to verification status.
• x777 ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing funds.
• Balances that result from suspected fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.
• Withdrawal channels available include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on x777 ph are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying bet selections before submitting. x777 ph does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances specified in individual game or sport rules.

The following general betting rules apply across all game categories on the platform:

• Bets can only be placed using available balance in your x777 ph account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game or event and are displayed before confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet that prevents a fair result from being determined, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned at x777 ph's discretion.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated according to the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• For slots and fish games, game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Historical results have no influence on future outcomes.

7 Responsible Gaming

Players are encouraged to:

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x777 ph. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity during registration or verification.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, including accounts under different names or contact details.

• Underage Play: Registering or playing on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

x777 ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time without prior notice if:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• x777 ph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• The account holder cannot be verified through the KYC process.
• Requested information or documents have not been provided within a reasonable period.
• A competent authority or legal order requires account restriction.

Where an account is suspended, x777 ph will communicate the reason and any steps available to the account holder, subject to legal and operational constraints. Funds in a suspended account are held pending resolution of the matter that triggered the suspension.

10 Limitation of Liability

x777 ph provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x777 ph shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, disconnections, or technical errors.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses caused by third-party payment processor delays or errors beyond x777 ph's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Privacy
